Is online booking online secure?

At Redsands Vacations, we prioritize the security of your personal information when you make a booking. We implement a range of robust security measures to ensure your data remains safe. Our secure server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt sensitive information during transmission. This data is stored in a secure database accessible only to authorized personnel with special rights, all of whom are required to maintain confidentiality. Rest assured, after your transaction is complete, your private information—such as credit card details, social security numbers, and financial data—will not be stored on our servers.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in time at Redsands Vacations is 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need to arrive or depart at a different time, please request this at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that early arrivals or late departures without prior approval may incur additional charges.

How do I book a Home?

You can easily make a booking with Redsands Vacations directly on our website by using the "Check Availability" box to the left. Alternatively, feel free to call our office at (435) 688-7263, and our friendly receptionists will be happy to assist you with your reservation.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Please note that most of our properties at Redsands Vacations do not allow pets. You can explore our available vacation rentals by clicking on the "Vacation Rentals" tab above to check if the home you’re interested in permits pets. If you need assistance, call our office at (435) 688-7263, and our helpful receptionists will gladly help you find the perfect home for you and your pet. We fully recognize the legal rights of service animals, so please provide the necessary documentation prior to check-in. For more information, please see our policy on service pets.

How do I check-in?

Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in at Redsands Vacations! All our properties feature secure keyless entry systems, which require a unique access code. This entry code and detailed instructions will be sent to you prior to your check-in date, once your final payment is processed or other arrangements are confirmed. Please note that we do not have a front desk or on-site office, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

Is there access to all facilities?

As a guest at Redsands Vacations, you’ll enjoy access to a range of common amenities at our condominium and townhouse properties. These include a clubhouse, pools, and other facilities. You’ll have unlimited access during open hours to features such as pool areas, exercise rooms, and sports courts, where available. Experience the best of resort-style living during your stay!

What is the cancellation or change policy?

All Cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee.Cancellation within 31+ days or prior to your arrival date will result in a full refund with the exception of the $75 admin fee + the 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellation within 14-29 days prior to your arrival date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within 13 days or less will not qualify for a refund. There is NO charge to make a change if within above policy.

When are payments due?

At Redsands Vacations, we accept payment exclusively by credit card. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the room rate is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival and will be processed automatically. Please note that the credit card provided will serve as a deposit and may be charged for missing items, damages, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.

Are there any additional charges other than the nightly rate?

At Redsands Vacations, a total tax rate is applied, which includes Utah State Sales Tax, Lodging Tax, and City Innkeepers Tax. This tax applies to all rentals except for stays longer than 30 days, which are tax-exempt. Additionally, there is a one-time cleaning fee for each reserved unit, and a damage waiver is optional for your deposit.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is permitted in or around any of our properties or common area facilities at Redsands Vacations. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.

Are towels and linens provided?

Towels, pool towels, and linens are provided for your convenience during your stay in our units at Redsands Vacations.

Is high-speed internet access available?

High-speed internet service is provided at Redsands Vacations for your convenience. Please note that we are not responsible for any maintenance issues or service interruptions caused by inclement weather.

Is phone service included?

Please note that phone service is not provided in our units at Redsands Vacations. We recommend guests use their mobile devices for communication during their stay.

Is an elevator available?

Elevators are available exclusively at Las Palmas Resort and require a key from inside the unit to operate. Enjoy convenient access to all floors during your stay!

Is cleaning required before departure?

Please place only dirty linens and towels in the bathtubs. If pillows, blankets, or bedspreads are soiled, kindly notify management. All dirty dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher and started before your departure. Please note that there may be a charge for properties left excessively dirty or for dishes not properly cleaned. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean environment at Redsands Vacations!

Is there a refund or discount if a scorpion, cockroach, spider, lizard, etc., is found inside the unit?

As we're located in the Southern Utah Desert, it's rare to see insects indoors at our properties. We regularly spray for pests to maintain a comfortable environment. However, you may occasionally notice dead bugs due to our maintenance efforts. Thank you for your understanding!

Where can I park? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?

Parking options vary by property at Redsands Vacations. Some locations offer outside parking, while many provide ample covered parking, parking lots, or garages for your convenience. Detailed parking instructions will be included in your confirmation and are also listed in the description of each property on our website. Is the exact rental property guaranteed?

Changes to reserved rental properties at Redsands Vacations are very rare. If a change is necessary, we will make every effort to find you an equal or better rental property. You will be notified as soon as possible regarding any adjustments. Your satisfaction is our priority!
